Join Little Beakers for a special 2-hr family event to celebrate everybody's favorite star, the sun! A variety of themed activities and experiments will be available. The event starts at 9 am, the max view (peak partial eclipse) in Sandy is 10:28 am. Materials and guidance to build safe solar viewing boxes will be available. The cost is $25 p/child participant, up to 2 adults per group are included at no cost. Open Lab access during the event is included. Space is limited, registration is required.

Family Dissection Lab Sessions! This session will be 60 minutes long and led by a Little Beakers’ scientist. Sessions will take place in the open lab with room for up to 10 families. (Open Lab will be closed during this special event). The enrollment fee for the Dissection Lab Session is $25 per child (ages 4+), with up to 2 adults included per group at no additional cost. Depending on the size of each specimen and number of participants enrolled, 2 or more child participants may be assigned to a specimen, to be determined by Little Beakers staff. Member and sibling discounts are available.
